1. Mold Design
Our engineers have years of technical experience in mold design and manufacturing processes; and professional design guidance from our overseas offices! Using advanced computer-aided technology, our professional and experienced engineers focus on designing customer-customized products and other high-precision molds. 2D mold assembly drawings will be completed and submitted to the customer for approval within 3 to 4 working days. Detailed 2D mold component drawings of all work will be completed and submitted to the customer before the mold is shipped. The complete 3D model of the mold, including the front and rear cores, A plate and B plate, top and bottom plates, etc., will be completed and sent to the customer before the mold is shipped.
2. Mold Manufacturing
We introduce advanced management systems. With advanced equipment, experienced mold making and engineering technicians, and advanced process technology levels, the high-quality products of our customers are guaranteed. Skilled and dedicated personnel always follow customer standards and requirements! We are ready to provide you with 7 days/week; 24 hours/day service, all molds, mold inserts and injection molded products are strictly processed and produced according to customer requirements. The steel we use: Longji, Swedish Assab, Bohler, and Desheng, etc., well-known brands. We are committed to efficient and fast processing; for small and medium-sized molds, our usual delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks after the customer approves the drawings.
